由于徐州INA轴承工作空间环境的特殊性,固体润滑轴承多用于空间轴承。主要故障有:加工、安装、润滑膜和温度引起的故障。

其中,机械加工过程中的故障主要与零件的波纹度、粗糙度、滚动体的形状和环件的制造精度有关;安装引起的故障主要与配合公差、预紧力、工作间隙和冲压工艺有关;润滑膜是M。。微动磨损、剥落磨损和滚动滑动是温度诱发故障的主要原因。微动磨损、剥落磨损和滚动滑动是温度诱发故障的主要原因。徐州INA轴承故障主要是由轴承工作环境的温差和较高温度变化引起的。

Classification of calculation methods

Different calculation methods of bearing fatigue life produce different calculation results. Two calculation methods are given: L.P theoretical algorithm and ISO international standard.

算法研究。ISO国际标准算法是L.P理论算法的简化。轴承支承环被认为是刚性的,但实际支承环是非刚性的,在同一载荷下接触变形较大。因此,徐州INA轴承标准中忽略了离心力和陀螺力矩。在径向载荷作用下,ISO标准是基于轴承内部间隙为零,滚动体与滚道接触载荷均匀分布的假设。因此,无论是P理论还是传统的ISO标准,滚珠轴承计算结果的相对误差都很大。理论上忽略了滚动体的疲劳寿命。

Algorithms research. ISO international standard algorithm is a simplification of L.P theoretical algorithm. Bearing support rings are considered to be rigid, but the actual support rings are non-rigid and have large contact deformation under the same load. Therefore, centrifugal force and gyro moment are ignored in Xuzhou INA bearing standard. Under the action of radial load, ISO standard is based on the assumption that the internal clearance of bearing is zero and the contact load between rolling element and raceway is uniformly distributed. Therefore, whether P theory or traditional ISO standard, the relative error of the calculation results of ball bearing is very large. The fatigue life of rolling element is neglected in theory.

改变环境的措施

Measures to change the environment

1。增加滚动体数量:滚动体数量增加,各滚动体径向载荷减小,各滚动体接触载荷减小,轴承疲劳寿命增加。

1. Increasing the number of rolling elements: the number of rolling elements increases, the radial load of each rolling element decreases, the contact load of each rolling element decreases, and the fatigue life of bearing increases.

2。其二。增加滚动体直径:增加滚动体直径等于增加轴承结构和承载力,因此轴承寿命随着滚动体直径的增加而增加。
