进口徐州NSK轴承主要采用钢材为原料，并非所有钢材都能满足进口轴承的要求。就像我们穿衣服一样，不是所有的衣服都适合你，而且看起来不错。今天，鞍钢的工程师教你如何选择进口轴承的原材料-钢。其选择主要通过三个方面：抗锈性、接触疲劳强度和耐磨性。

滚动轴承使用稳定零件，所以在使用徐州NSK轴承时须小心。如果使用不当，无法达到预期的性能。因此，在使用轴承时应注意以下几点：

1。保持轴承及其周围环境的清洁。即使看不见的灰尘进入徐州NSK轴承，也会增加轴承的磨损、振动和噪声。

2。在使用和安装徐州NSK轴承中应当小心。不允许冲压力强，不允许锤子直接冲击轴承，不允许压力通过滚动体。

由于进口轴承需要定期运行，容易造成轴承表面的疲劳损伤，即经常发生裂纹和剥落。因此，为了提高进口轴承的使用寿命，选用的钢必*须具有良好的接触疲劳强度。

众所周知，当进口轴承执行其任务时，除了滚动摩擦外，轴承环、滚动体和保持器之间还产生滑动摩擦，使得微型轴承的零件一直磨损。因此，为了提高进口徐州NSK轴承的耐磨性，延长微型轴承的使用寿命，应选用耐磨性好的钢。
It is well known that when imported bearings perform their tasks, besides rolling friction, sliding friction also occurs between bearing rings, rolling bodies and retainers, which makes the parts of micro-bearings wear away all the time.
